YES, you can!

Our "Just My Dog" videos are custom edited to your dog and specifications. You tell us what classes to include and which dog to focus on. We edit the video to feature your dog only. The other dogs in competition are not featured.

For the "Just My Dog" video we transfer copyright to you upon delivery.  It is "your" video. You may do with it what you please. Post the video to Facebook, YouTube, or on your website. You may copy the video, distribute it, or re-edit the video.

Our "Just My Dog" product is a custom product that you commission. We do the work, but you own the product.

NO! You are NOT allowed to post our "Just My Class" videos online!

Our "Just My Class" videos are our production videos that features all of the dogs in a particular class. That video is owned and copyrighted by ShowDogVideoPros. Upon purchase, we grant you an individual license only to view the video for your own purposes.

You are NOT allowed to copy, share, or distribute the video in any manner. You are NOT allowed to post the "Just My Class" videos online to Facebook, YouTube, or your website. You are NOT allowed to distribute the video electronically via email, cloud server, or any other means.

The "Just My Class" videos are NOT personal videos. They are one class of many that we produce for a show. The copyright, rights, and distribution remains with ShowDogVideoPros.

Sorry, no. We no longer offer our videos on DVD or Blu-Ray.  

In the last 5 - 10 years electronic device manufacturers (TVs, computers, phones, tablets, etc) have dropped DVD and spinning disc drives from their products. Over 90% of our customers now request their videos be delivered in electronic formats consistent with their devices.

The premier DVD authoring software (Adobe) was discontinued 10 years ago, and no longer runs on the current operating systems. It has been increasingly difficult to purchase white label DVD and Blu-Ray discs. The premium manufacturer went out of business.

We realize that this may be an inconvenience for some of our customers. However, we offer a number of inexpensive options to bring electronic format video to just about every device!

All of our Videos are provided electronically on a USB Flash Drive. The Flash Drive is so-called type "A" that fits into any USB port on your Smart TV, computer, laptop, or other electronic device.

The videos are encoded in standard mp4 format and will play anywhere on any device.

The USB Flash Drives are formatted in the universal "ExFAT" format that works on any Apple, Android, Windows, or any other operating system.

If you purchased a TV in the last 5 - 10 years, it will most likely offer a USB port to plug in a USB Flash Drive. Originally, that USB port was intended to display jpegs (photos) from the USB Flash Drive. Within the last 5 - 7 years, most TV manufacturers added mp4 (video) playback as well.  

If you plug the video USB Flash Drive into your TV and the video does not play, you have one of two options:

(1) Contact the TV manufacturer for a software upgrade for your TV that will enable USB Flash Drive video playback.

If you have one of the newest iPhones or iPads, the connector type is USB "C". Apple provides a USB "C" to USB "A" (standard) adapter cable. Simply plug our USB Flash Video Drive (USB "A") into the adapter, and the other end into your iPhone or iPad.

The new iOS operating system has a basic file system that will allow you to browse the device and select the video that you want to play.

We also offer to load your videos onto a USB "C" drive (there is an additional charge for this option).

If you don't have the newest iPhone or iPad, then your device will have what is called a "Lightning" connector.

Plug that lightning adapter directly into your iPhone or iPad. You will be prompted to load a small app that will list the videos to play. A neat advantage of the Lightning Drive is that you can download photos and videos off your iPhone / iPad to view elsewhere. The drive increases the overall storage space on your device.

We also offer an option to load your videos onto a USB Lightning Drive (there is an additional charge).   

If you have one of the newer Android Phones or Tablets, the connector type is USB "C". A USB "C" to USB "A" (standard) adapter cable comes with the device. Simply plug our USB Flash Video Drive (USB "A") into the adapter, and the other end into your Android Phone or Tablet.

We also offer to load your videos onto a USB "C" drive (there is an additional charge for this option).

If you don't have the newest Android Phone or Tablet, then your device will have what is called a "Micro USB" connector. A USB "A" to "Micro USB" adapter comes with the device.

We also offer an option to load your videos onto a micro USB Drive (there is an additional charge). 

Things happen - we "get it"! If for some reason your Flash Drive becomes corrupted or unreadable, we will replace your videos at no additional charge.

Simply return the Flash Drive to us. We will attempt to reformat the drive and reload your videos. If that is not possible, we will replace the Flash Drive (for a nominal charge) and reload your videos.

We check, double check, and triple check every order. Occasionally, we make a mistake. If your Flash Drive is missing a video, or we loaded the wrong video(s), just let us know right away.  

Depending on the circumstance, we will either just send another Flash Drive right away with the missing files, or sometimes ask that you return the drive so that we can correct the order.

Our electronic Flash Drive Videos are encoded in h.264 and provided in industry standard mp4 Format. This codec and format is the single most widely popular in the industry today.

The resolution of the recording is governed by the camera(s) used to record the show. In recent years we use 4K cameras and provide our Flash Drive videos in 1080p. In the past we recorded in 720p and even Standard Definition. Our older videos will be in those formats.

We record in Apple Pro Res 4:2:2 at 150Mbps. Our h.264 encodes are at 25 Mbps. These resolutions far exceed those of standard DVDs or Blu-Rays.
